Behroze Sabzwari

Behroze Sabzwari born 16 February 1957, Karachi, Pakistan is a veteran actor with a career of over forty years in radio, television, film and voice work. He began his career as a Radio presenter in Radio Pakistan in the 1970s. He then shifted to acting, where he performed in the live children play Dadajan Nanajan, which he joined, and this brought him into the world of acting. He was known as Nausha in the traditional PTV drama Khuda Ki Basti. His comic timing and dramatic range were emphasized by his memorable performances in such legendary series as Tanhaiyaan and Ankahi. He has been seen in numerous TV series and movies, and has done voice-over work in animated movies. His diversity has won him admiration in the Pakistani showbiz. He was awarded the Pride of Performance award in 2009 in appreciation of his work. Sabzwari is a married person with a spouse, Safeena Sheikh, who belongs to a famous family of entertainers. Their son Shahroz Sabzwari is the only actor.
